Australia Post aims for delivery within 4 working days for Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne metro. If you're outside of those metro areas or need your cold brew in a flash, we'd recommend the express option.

Each 1L box of Ratio Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate should supply you with around 20 standard coffees – of course, if you're heavy handed it'll make less, and if you prefer a weaker coffee you'll be able to stretch it further.

We recommend you consume your cold brew within 30 days of opening for optimum taste.

Yep, because our cold brew concentrate is made without any nasties (no sugars, sweeteners or preservatives), you'll need to pop it in the fridge as soon as it arrives at your door.

We accept all major cards through Shopify Pay, as well as PayPal.

Ratio Cold Brew Coffee is a concentrate with a similar strength to espresso. As for what you can do with it - almost anything! Mix it with water, cows milk, almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, pour it over ice cream, make a thickshake, or a cocktail, use it in recipes and baking. The world is your oyster. We've set ourselves some pretty high standards and are confident you're going to love our specialty cold brew. We have a strict no change of mind policy. However, should the quality not meet your satisfaction, please reach out and we'll hook you up with a replacement.
